Who we are

KineticAI is operated by Ryan Jones, based in Ohio, United States. We build AI sales systems, websites, workflows, and AI worker teams for small business owners. The site you are reading sits at kineticai.co.

What we collect

When you book a call through our embedded scheduling widget, the scheduling vendor collects your name, email address, time zone, and any context you provide in the form. When you email us at ryan@kineticai.co, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We do not run independent analytics scripts on this site.

Third-party services

We use Cal.com for scheduling. Cal.com sets cookies and processes booking data under its own privacy policy. We use Vercel for hosting and Google Fonts for typography. These vendors operate under their own privacy terms.

How we use the data

We use the data you provide to schedule and conduct the call, to follow up after the call, and to scope and deliver work if you engage us. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the operational vendors named above.

How long we keep it

Booking and email correspondence are retained for the duration of any active engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for record keeping. If you ask us to delete your data and there is no legal or operational reason to keep it, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ryan@kineticai.co with the request. We respond within a reasonable period.

Changes

If we change this policy, the updated date above will reflect the change. The current version is always the authoritative one.
