Who we are

KineticAI is operated by Ryan Jones, based in Ohio, United States. We build AI sales systems, websites, workflows, and AI worker teams for small business owners. The site you are reading sits at kineticai.co.

What we collect

When you click Book a call, you are taken to our scheduling page hosted at Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, time zone, and any context you provide there. When you email us at ryan@kineticai.co, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. If you fill in our contact form and choose to give us your mobile number, we collect that number along with a record of the consent you gave: the wording you agreed to, the time, and the page you were on. We do not run independent analytics scripts on this site.

Third-party services

We use Cal.com for scheduling. Cal.com sets cookies and processes booking data under its own privacy policy. We use Vercel for hosting and Google Fonts for typography. If you have agreed to be texted, we use Twilio to send and receive those messages, and Resend to deliver email. These vendors process the data needed to carry the message and operate under their own privacy terms.

Mobile information and text messaging

This section describes what happens to your phone number specifically.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We text you only if you gave us your number and ticked the box agreeing to it, or if you texted us first. Consent to texts is never required to work with us or to get a reply from us. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored immediately and we keep a record of them so the number is not contacted again. Full messaging terms are in the Terms.

How we use the data

We use the data you provide to schedule and conduct the call, to follow up after the call, and to scope and deliver work if you engage us. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the operational vendors named above.

How long we keep it

Booking and email correspondence are retained for the duration of any active engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for record keeping. If you ask us to delete your data and there is no legal or operational reason to keep it, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ryan@kineticai.co with the request. We respond within a reasonable period.

Changes

If we change this policy, the updated date above will reflect the change. The current version is always the authoritative one.
